Week 02 · Vision

How will I present the Vision for the organization to the company or to my team this quarter?

You can stop here, find a quiet place, and think. Everything below is optional fuel when you want more context or a thought partner.

A thought from the EOS Library

Every 90 days, you deliver a quarterly state-of-the-company meeting. That keeps everyone in your company on the same page, sharing the same vision.

Use AI for a guided Clarity Break

Copy this into the AI tool you use. It will ask one question at a time and help you discover your own answer.

Lead me through a guided clarity exercise on this question: ‘How will I present the Vision for the organization to the company or to my team this quarter?’ Ask one question at a time. First help me identify the audience and the few things they must understand, remember, and do. Then explore which parts of the Vision matter most to their seats, what stories or examples will make it tangible, what questions or resistance may surface, and how I will repeat the message during the quarter. Do not write the presentation until you have helped me think. At the end, summarize a simple communication plan with the core message, audience, examples, delivery moment, follow-up rhythm, and the feedback question I should ask.

Use judgment with confidential information. Keep names, personal details, and sensitive company data out of a public AI tool unless your organization has approved that use.
